Top 5 Air Travel Apps Performance in Sweden Q1 2022

In the first quarter of 2022, the top 5 air travel apps in Sweden showed varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users, according to Sensor Tower data.

Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker from Flightradar24 AB experienced substantial growth. Weekly revenue peaked at around $8.9K in early March, while downloads surged to 36.4K in the week of February 21. Active users also saw a significant boost, reaching over 50K by the end of February before settling at around 29K by the end of March.

Ryanair from Ryanair Ltd. maintained steady, albeit modest, revenue throughout the quarter, averaging around $7 weekly. Downloads increased steadily, culminating at 3.8K by the end of March. Active users mirrored this trend, climbing from approximately 10.8K at the start of the quarter to around 13K by the end.

SAS – Scandinavian Airlines did not generate any revenue during this period. However, the app saw a steady increase in downloads, reaching 2.8K in the final week of March. Active users also grew, starting from 5.8K at the beginning of the quarter and rising to 6.3K by the end.

Norwegian Travel Assistant from Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA showed a consistent increase in downloads, peaking at 2.2K in the last week of March. Active users followed a similar pattern, growing from 2.9K at the start of the quarter to 4.2K by the end.

Planes Live - Flight Tracker from Easy Tiger Apps, LLC experienced fluctuating revenue, with a high of $1.3K in early March. Downloads spiked to 3.3K in late February, while active users saw a peak of 5.8K in the same period before declining to around 1.4K by the end of March.
